Security Sanctuary

Security isn't a feature at Jottam—it's our foundation. Here's the multi-layered protocol that guards your digital legacy.

End-to-End Encryption (E2EE)

Every file you upload is encrypted locally on your device using AES-256-GCM before it ever touches our servers. Your data leaves your browser as an undecipherable blob, meaning even in the event of a server breach, your contents remain useless to attackers.

Zero-Knowledge Proofs

We utilize Zero-Knowledge architecture where your Master Password is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Instead, we use cryptographic hashes and local derivation keys so that only you hold the keys to your sanctuary.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Secure your account with multi-factor authentication. In addition to your Master Password, you can assign unique PINs to guest shares and secondary biometric locks to your vault to ensure that even access links are guarded by a second layer of verification.

Infrastructure Isolation

Our infrastructure is built on isolated containers with strict network policies. Diagnostic telemetry is anonymized and stripped of any identifying metadata, ensuring that your usage patterns remain as private as your files.
